Loroneducation & Sports Management is and accredited training provider in South Africa with primary services and have MOU (Memorandum Of Understanding) agreements in place with various other Seta’s. Private Consultants and Training Providers – The powerful combination of our expertise has gathered praise in the past from the highest levels and we strive to sustain and improve at all levels.

The importance of making a sustainable and tangible difference in the lives of all South Africans has been for a long time the dream and goal of the LORON group. The main aim to achieve these goals with integrity and trust is the focus on which the business principles are based.
The dynamic working relationships with our clients, other training providers and organisations like NPOs, NPCs and various Foundations on a national level has been a powerful combination to achieve our dreams and goals.
Our Team
Lorinda Nel - Director
A highly experienced educator with over 20 years in training across schools, universities, and ABET sectors. She has worked extensively within the public, corporate, and private sectors, delivering impactful training and development programmes. Her qualifications include Education, Sports Management, as well as Assessor and Moderator certifications. She plays a key role in implementing learnerships and developing training initiatives, including national sporting academies and coaching programmes. Her expertise extends to the management and development of sportsmen and women on a global level.
Ronel Burger - Non Executive Director
Ronel is dedicated to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and successful learner outcomes. She is passionate about mentoring line managers and team leaders through structured development programmes.
Her strengths include business presentation skills, time management, and quality assurance. She is goal-driven, innovative, and focused on delivering measurable results through effective planning and performance management.
Lezel de Klerk - Associate
Lezel thrives in high-pressure environments and is driven by opportunities within progressive organisations. She is committed to contributing to innovation and long-term business growth.
Her expertise includes business presentation, advanced computer training, and financial systems such as JSE trading platforms. She is goal-oriented, creative, and continuously focused on professional development and excellence.
